40 Point Superior Cleaning Checklist
BEDROOMS
- All areas dusted top/front/underneath (items removed & replaced)
- Mirrors cleaned
- Window sills wiped
- All woodwork will be polished
- Vacuum under bed (if accessible)
- Trash emptied
- Baseboards brushed/dusted
- Lamp shades dusted
- Carpets and carpet edges vacuumed
- Cobwebs removed
- Overall appearance left neat, tidy, and organized
- Beds made (sheets replaced if left out)
BATHROOMS
- Tub/sinks/tile/chrome/vanity tops/sills scrubbed and left shining
- Toilet (and surrounding area) scrubbed and left shining
- Mirrors cleaned
- Sills wiped down
- Trash emptied
- Baseboards/floors vacuumed and washed
- Area rugs taken outside and shaken
HALLWAYS
- Baseboards/picture frames dusted
- Fingerprints wiped from woodwork/doors/switchplates
- Carpets and carpet edges vacuumed or floors washed
KITCHEN
- Countertops/backsplash cleaned (items removed & replaced)
- Cabinet fronts washed
- Trash emptied
- Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink) and left shining
- Window behind sink (if applicable) washed
- Outside of oven and refrigerator cleaned
- Fingerprints wiped from woodwork/doors/switchplates
- Floor washed
LIVING ROOM & OR OTHER INDOORS ROOMS
- Furniture dusted (items removed & replaced)
- All woodwork will be polished
- Glass tables cleaned
- Baseboards/picture frames brushed/dusted
- Window sills wiped
- Lamp shades dusted
- Tile/hardwood floors damp mopped
- Carpets and carpet edges vacuumed
- Cobwebs removed
- Furniture cushions / newspapers / magazines straightend
- Fingerprints wiped from woodwork/doors/switchplates
- Overall appearance left neat, tidy, and organized
